History

At Bigoudène, we are very attentive to the quality of our products. We carefully select all our raw materials, IGP Brittany buckwheat flour from the Moulin de Paulic, ciders, apple juice and craft beers from the Rhuys peninsula and most of our vegetables come from our own garden. Our restaurant is a unique concept in Lyon, with its modern, simple and warm decoration, the quality of our products (short circuit), as well as our smile and good mood ;).

We offer a vegetarian alternative every lunchtime in addition to the recipes on our menu. Our galettes are suitable for gluten intolerant people.
